INDICATION

  • Prevention of stroke and systemic embolism in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation.
  • Treatment of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE).
  • prevention of stroke, MI and CV death, and for the prevention of acute limb ischemia and mortality in patients with CAD or PAD.
  • Reduce risk of recurrent DVT and/or PE.
  • Prevention of venous thromboembolic events (VTE) in patients who have undergone total hips replacements and total knee replacement surgery.
